About The Position
Middlefield Oaks Senior Living, located in Cottage Grove, OR is seeking an experienced professional in Senior Living sales with a proven track record of success in increasing census. If you are a passionate and customer-oriented sales expert, please consider joining our team as our new Community Relations Director to facilitate new residents moving into our community. Requirements
- Possess, at a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of (2) or more years’ prior sales and marketing experience, seasoned Sales Director who can close is required.
- Experience in Senior Living sales with a proven track record required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard office equipment.
- Must be able to speak, read, and write in the English language.
- State Criminal Background Check and LIC 508 Criminal Record Statement.
- LIC 503 Health Screening Report.
Responsibilities
- Strong closing skills.
- Coordinates and initiates all sales functions for the community, including outreach and professional development.
- Conducts sales tasks including managing leads, lead generation, and touring prospective new residents.
- Exhibits leadership qualities and communicates professionally with employees, residents, family members, responsible parties, and other healthcare professionals.
- Manage the move-in process and provide excellent customer service experience.
- Implements sales and marketing plans that meet the overall business plan for census goals and financial objectives.
- Ensure that the community is always presentable for tours and visitors.
- Coordinate special events for the community.
- Participate in new employee orientation and monthly in-services.
- Ensure residents are provided with privacy, respect, and dignity.
- Follows standard precautions and infection control procedures.
- Completes state required training upon hire and annually.
