We are hiring a Community Research Liaison (Casual, 15 hrs/week) to join the UTHealth Houston School of Public Health Institute on Aging in Houston. In this role, you will support the data gathering, article reviews, draft reviews, screenings, conduct calls, and other supportive activities for our programs. What we do here changes the world. Position Summary: The Community/ Research Liaison provides programmatic and research related support for the UTHealth Houston Institute on Aging and the McGovern Medical School Geriatrics Division. They will support the data gathering, articles reviews, draft reviews, screenings, conduct calls and other supportive activities for our programs.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Research Coordinators and faculty on projects and programmatic activities.
  • Design any needed curriculum focused on aging training modules under faculty oversight
  • Assist in creating clear learning objectives and benchmarks for programmatic activities
  • Meet with team regularly to collaborate and discuss progress on projects assigned
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
