About The Position

Enable Dental is seeking an enthusiastic Community Relations Manager to connect its dental services with communities in need, particularly patients receiving home health care and hospice services. The role combines relationship management and community outreach to increase the visibility and accessibility of the company’s dental care offerings.

Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• At least 3 years of experience in community relations, healthcare sales, or marketing.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
• Experience with CRM software and the ability to manage multiple relationships and leads.
• Reliable vehicle for travel and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass required background checks.

• Knowledge of dental services and the healthcare landscape.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with key personnel at senior living facilities, healthcare providers, and community organizations to increase awareness and referrals for dental services.
• Execute marketing initiatives to promote services, including attending community events and presenting offerings to potential partners.
• Use CRM tools to track interactions, monitor relationships, and report on sales activities and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the operations team to support smooth transitions for new patients and maintain high standards of service delivery.
• Gather feedback from community partners and use it to improve services.
