The Community Relations Director is responsible for fulfilling leasing and move in goals. They are also expected to maintain a positive image of the community with referral sources, residents, and employees. The Community Relations Director will lead the sales and marketing department at the community. This role involves conducting tours, responding to inquiries, planning and implementing events, developing relationships with residents and families, and managing the sales process to achieve budgeted move-ins and net gains each month. The position also requires creating and implementing a strong community outreach program, managing media planning, and maintaining a waitlist. A key aspect of this role is understanding the needs of seniors and the aging process, while maintaining confidentiality and complying with all relevant regulations.
