Requirements

  • Experience with CRM non-profit database
  • Associate degree- General studies, business administration or related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2 years or more of related administrative experience in a business environment.

  • Self-Starter, Independent
  • Time management and organizational skills are a must.
  • Excellent communication ability with co-workers, staff, clients, and community partners.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring program needs are met for donors and staff
  • Conducting telephone calls
  • Managing gift data
  • Maintaining a large donor list and sponsor information
  • Enter donations in Salsa, submit batch reports to accounting
  • Create all appropriate acknowledgements based on type of donation
  • Assemble targeted gear for community event-tents, tables, chairs, items to give away, brochures
  • Inventory and organize promotional items and brochures
  • Write meeting minutes
  • Deliver daily mail
  • Track organizational presentations, event attendees and costs, staff donations of items, staff awards received
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
