About The Position

GEM is hiring Community Relations Assistants to support community outreach, events, and fundraising campaigns on behalf of well-known nonprofit organizations. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to gain real-world experience in communications, community relations, marketing, and leadership. We provide paid training and hands-on coaching. Previous experience in fundraising, marketing, sales, or nonprofit work is not required. We're looking for individuals with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
