The Community Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, community partners, and staff, helping create a safe, welcoming, and organized environment within Shelterhouse operations. This role is responsible for supporting communication, client coordination, front desk operations, and administrative processes while ensuring individuals are treated with dignity, professionalism, and respect. The Community Receptionist plays a critical role in supporting Shelterhouse’s mission by helping connect clients to services and maintaining efficient daily operations.
