About The Position

Looking for RBTs with experience to join our team at our new in-home therapy team in the Dallas- Fort Worth area! Spark is an Austin owned and operated, BCBA led company that prioritizes growth and collaboration for all team members. We use a naturalistic play-based approach to ABA with high quality services that are customized to fit the needs of any child in our care. We serve a wide population of clients ages 2-20+, so you will have opportunities to work closely with clients who have varying needs and skill levels in a variety of settings.

Requirements

• Experience as an RBT
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Outgoing and a positive attitude

Nice To Haves

• Pursuing BCBA certification
• Enjoy giving and receiving positive and productive feedback

Responsibilities

• Able to serve families in these areas: Grapevine, Flower Mound, Westlake, Southlake, Keller, Hurst, Euless, Bedford, Colleyville, Coppell, Lewisville, and Irving
• Enjoy mentoring your fellow therapists and setting a positive example for the team.
• Work closely with clients who have varying needs and skill levels in a variety of settings.
