These initiatives help families and businesses save money, improve home health, and combat climate change, while also increasing green career opportunities for underrepresented groups. The Community Programs and Partnerships Manager will be a collaborative, relationship-driven, and community-centered individual responsible for leading and strengthening partnerships with municipalities, community-based organizations, and local stakeholders. This role focuses on supporting community outreach campaigns to connect historically underserved residents and small businesses with energy efficiency and renewable energy programs. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator skilled in relationship-building, meeting facilitation, coaching community partners, and developing tailored outreach strategies. The position requires organization, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple projects while collaborating across teams. The Manager will work closely with Energy Advocates, vendors, city officials, and internal teams to ensure community members receive meaningful support and access to clean energy opportunities. Key duties include tracking program progress, sharing impact data, and identifying improvements for community engagement efforts.
