About The Position

Talent Space, Inc. is looking for a Community Program Manager in (EST) for a remote contract opportunity! This role will support the growth initiatives, communications, and experiences of Success Champions within the Success Champion track. The position involves cross-functional alignment and enablement, program design, execution, and refinement processes at scale, program prioritization, and business insights and solutions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of project or program management experience.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Salesforce.
• Experience working with Sales and Customer Success teams.
• Salesforce Community platforms (i.e., Khoros)
• Experience with engagement initiatives, community-driven events, and champion programs.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver work with Agile frameworks.
• Experience working with vendors, including contract negotiation, budgeting, and time management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
