About The Position

The Community Program Builder works collaboratively with diverse and marginalized community members and organizations to facilitate eventual transition from program supports to self empowerment, independence and community connections. Requirements

  • One (1) year previous related life skills/experience working with family services or social services (ex: culture/recreation, service clubs, inner city/community or school programs)
  • Grade 12
  • Communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Basic - Computer skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a group setting
  • Knowledge of poverty issues
  • Valid driver's license, where required
