About The Position

CCMC is a community management company specializing in master-planned communities. The Community Patrol Officer addresses safety and compliance issues throughout the community and helps bring CCMC’s resident-centric purpose to life by bringing people together in the neighborhoods where they live. The role represents the community and CCMC and requires professional interaction with personnel and the general public. Duties may vary by community.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Effective communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with personnel at all levels and the general public.
Current driver's license with no major offenses.
Intermediate computer and mobile-device skills.
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to remain courteous.
Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
Comfort working in various environments.
Flexibility to work rotating day, night, and weekend shifts.
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Ability to walk long distances across grounds in various weather conditions.
Ability to climb, reach, bend, stoop, kneel, and lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods during meetings or events.
Manual dexterity using technology, including computers and mobile devices.
Ability to operate a vehicle to perform certain job functions.
Must maintain a valid state driver's license for the class of vehicle being driven, a clean motor vehicle report, and current automobile insurance at statutory limits; changes in motor vehicle standing must be reported to Human Resources immediately.

Represent the community and CCMC in a positive way.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned; duties may vary by community.
