About The Position

Computers 4 People is a nonprofit that provides refurbished computers, affordable internet, and digital literacy training. It works with more than 400 nonprofits, schools, libraries, housing authorities, workforce programs, and government agencies across the Northeast. The Community Partnerships Manager will own relationships with community organizations, from initial meetings and onboarding through program delivery and results collection. The role will also work through a waitlist of 347 organizations seeking partnerships. The position is fully onsite in Hoboken, New Jersey, Monday through Friday. The manager will meet with community organizations, review computer applicants, maintain partner records, pursue paid contracts, and help with grants and impact stories. Because computer availability is limited, the role includes communicating clear timelines and disappointing news while identifying other available services, such as discounted internet or digital literacy programs. The salary is $60,000–$68,000, based on experience.
