Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in direct marketing or sales required.
- Awareness of territory management and educational concepts required.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with employees and outside contacts at all levels.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in related field such as Marketing, Business, or Communication preferred, but related equivalent experience in outreach or sales will be considered.
- Previous healthcare experience, either in hospital, physician office, or nursing facility setting preferred.
Responsibilities
- Strengthening existing referral relationships and leading the development of new referral relationships between Hosparus Health and referral sources across our communities served.
- Working with physician practices, hospitals, nursing facilities, and other referral sources as assigned in his/her territory ensuring timely and efficient responses to business opportunities and issues.
- Working with the Referral & Admissions Department and Clinical Director and/or Clinical Managers in the assigned territory assisting with communication, customer service, and compliance of regulatory and accreditation standards.
