Ignite Human CapitalRiverside, CA

About The Position

Our client is a respected, mission-driven healthcare organization dedicated to helping seniors live healthier, more independent lives at home and in their communities. They're growing their footprint in South Riverside County and looking for a natural connector — someone who genuinely loves people, thrives in the community, and wants their work to mean something. This isn't a desk job. You'll be out meeting people where they are — at community events, churches, food pantries, and local organizations — building the kind of trust that turns a conversation into someone getting the care they need. If you're energized by building relationships, motivated by helping underserved communities, and want a role with real earning potential on top of a competitive base, this could be a great fit.
