The Community Program Director supports the Germantown Neighborhood Center, the Hale Family YMCA, and the Phyllis Godwin Empowerment Center. Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, this role is responsible for the effective management of Germantown Neighborhood Center programming and Empowerment Center operations, including: Fiscal management Program development and oversight, including grant-funded, non–grant-funded, and Empowerment Center programming Community relations and outreach, including engagement with volunteers and donors In partnership with the Food Pantry Director, the Community Program Director is accountable for Food Pantry operations as needed. This role works collaboratively with multiple departments—including Marketing, After School Care, traditional branch operations, and Development—to ensure integrated programming, outreach, and overall operational success.
