About The Position

Indiana Treatment Centers is seeking an energetic, relationship-focused Community Outreach Coordinator to help expand awareness of our programs and build strong referral partnerships throughout Columbus and the surrounding communities. Indiana Treatment Centers, in partnership with Ascension Recovery Services, provides evidence-based treatment for individuals experiencing substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in business development, healthcare marketing, community outreach, admissions, or relationship management.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Experience in behavioral health, substance use disorder treatment, healthcare, or human services.
Existing relationships within the Columbus, South Central Indiana, or surrounding healthcare community.
Experience using CRM or customer relationship management software.
Knowledge of addiction treatment services and the referral process.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, healthcare providers, employers, behavioral health organizations, social service agencies, and community partners.
Educate referral sources on Indiana Treatment Centers' programs and services.
Identify opportunities to increase community awareness and patient referrals.
Attend networking events, community meetings, health fairs, conferences, and outreach activities.
Coordinate facility tours and educational presentations for referral partners and community organizations.
Work closely with Admissions and Operations to ensure a seamless referral experience.
Maintain regular communication with referral partners and provide exceptional customer service.
Track outreach activities, referral trends, and business development efforts within the CRM.
Assist with marketing initiatives, community engagement campaigns, and special events.
Represent Indiana Treatment Centers professionally while promoting our mission and values.
