About The Position

Atrium Management Company is a fast-growing property management and development firm serving communities across Florida, Georgia and Virginia. Due to continued growth, we’re seeking an exceptional Community Outreach Coordinator at one of Atrium's newest properties, The Keys at Wildwood! The Community Outreach Coordinator is a part-time hybrid role responsible for building prospect pipeline and delivering exceptional community engagement. You'll combine proactive weekday outreach with weekend hospitality, serving as the friendly voice and face of Keys at Wildwood. This role is essential to driving traffic, generating qualified leads, and supporting our Leasing Professional in achieving occupancy goals.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Weekend shifts are required. Must be able to commit to listed work schedule.
  • Customer service and/or sales experience.
  • Excellent communication skills & great attention to detail
  • Professional and friendly demeanor
  • Proficiency with property management software (we use Appfolio, but Yardi and similar systems is still a plus!)
  • Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office, Email, Gmail/Google Workspace, and social media as it pertains to marketing of community
  • High school diploma (some college preferred)
  • Excellent customer service and work ethic, a positive and energetic attitude, and passion for working with people!

  • Leasing experience strongly preferred but not required!

Responsibilities

  • Execute outreach campaigns via phone, email, and door-to-door to generate qualified leads
  • Maintain activity logs: track calls, emails, doors knocked, and all prospect interactions
  • Book showings with qualified prospects; provide all details to Leasing Professional
  • Manage social media presence (3x per week) to increase community engagement and visibility.
  • Maintain professional communication standards representing Atrium and Keys at Wildwood
  • Greet and welcome prospects; conduct community tours and model apartment walkthroughs
  • Listen to and focus on customer preferences; demonstrate floor plans, amenities, pricing, and lease terms
  • Capture and log all prospect information accurately in AppFolio
  • Maintain a welcoming leasing office: clean, organized, stocked with marketing materials
  • Generate traffic through community outreach efforts and resident referral programs
  • Support community events, open houses, and leasing initiatives as directed
  • Follow-up communications, data entry, prospect tracking, and preparation for weekend showings
