About The Position

We are seeking a motivated Community Outreach Associate to join our Marketing & Communications team. This role offers hands-on experience in marketing, public relations, communications, community outreach, and client engagement while connecting with consumers, community partners, and corporate clients.

Responsibilities

• Engage with consumers in targeted communities to promote client programs and initiatives
• Represent clients at community events, outreach campaigns, and promotional activities
• Distribute program materials and provide information to qualified participants
• Build relationships with consumers, community partners, and organizations
• Maintain participant communication and support ongoing engagement
• Assist with marketing, public relations, and community outreach campaigns
• Collect participant information for reporting and campaign tracking
• Support market research and identify opportunities for community growth
• Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications team to meet campaign goals
