About The Position

We’re looking for a motivated Community Outreach Assistant to join our growing team. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity to gain hands-on experience in community engagement, event marketing, fundraising, and nonprofit outreach while working alongside an experienced team. No previous experience is required — we provide paid training, mentorship, and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

Represent nonprofit and charitable partners at community events
Connect with community members and create meaningful conversations
Increase awareness of important causes, programs, and initiatives
Support fundraising and community outreach campaigns
Assist with event preparation, setup, and promotional activities
Engage with attendees at local events, festivals, and community activations
Build positive relationships with the public and community partners
Work collaboratively with team members to accomplish campaign goals
Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development
Learn valuable skills in communication, outreach, fundraising, event marketing, and leadership
