Requirements

Nice To Haves
- Previous experience is helpful but not required. Candidates with backgrounds in customer service, sales, hospitality, retail, events, fundraising, or team leadership are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily team operations and community outreach initiatives.
- Support nonprofit events, fundraising campaigns, and marketing programs.
- Help train, mentor, and motivate team members.
- Assist with event scheduling, setup, logistics, and onsite coordination.
- Represent nonprofit partners and community organizations professionally.
- Build relationships with community members, volunteers, and event attendees.
- Track campaign performance and provide feedback to improve results.
- Participate in leadership training focused on communication, coaching, and business development.
