About The Position
Resilient Enterprises is a community outreach and marketing firm that partners with nationally accredited 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations to raise awareness, generate support, and create meaningful impact through face-to-face community engagement campaigns. We are dedicated to developing future leaders through hands-on training, mentorship, and a performance-driven culture that rewards initiative, teamwork, and professional growth. We are currently hiring motivated and outgoing individuals for our Entry-Level Community Outreach Associate position. This opportunity is ideal for candidates looking to build experience in nonprofit outreach, communications, leadership development, and public engagement — no prior experience required.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Goal-oriented and team-focused mindset
- Passion for community involvement and nonprofit advocacy
Nice To Haves
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Represent nationally recognized nonprofit organizations at community outreach and fundraising events
- Engage directly with community members to educate them on nonprofit missions and campaigns
- Build positive relationships through face-to-face communication and public engagement
- Assist with outreach initiatives, awareness campaigns, and event coordination
- Learn communication, leadership, and community engagement strategies
- Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development programs
- Track performance goals and contribute to team outreach efforts
- Take on additional leadership and team-building responsibilities as you advance
