About The Position

Resilient Enterprises is a fast-growing community outreach and marketing firm partnering with nationally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations to increase public awareness, generate donor support, and drive meaningful community impact through face-to-face outreach campaigns. We are seeking motivated, outgoing, and career-driven individuals to join our team as an Entry-Level Community Outreach Representative. This role is ideal for candidates interested in building experience in community outreach, nonprofit advocacy, public relations, communications, leadership development, and event marketing. No prior experience is required — we provide paid training, mentorship, and opportunities for career advancement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow

• Passion for community involvement, nonprofit outreach, and public engagement

Nice To Haves

• Customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or event experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Represent nationally accredited nonprofit organizations at community outreach events and fundraising campaigns
• Engage directly with community members to educate the public on nonprofit missions, programs, and initiatives
• Build strong relationships through face-to-face communication and professional public engagement
• Assist with event setup, campaign coordination, and outreach initiatives
• Promote awareness and support for charitable causes and community programs
• Learn leadership, communication, and marketing strategies through hands-on training
• Collaborate with team members to achieve outreach and fundraising goals
• Participate in ongoing mentorship and professional development opportunities
• Take on increased leadership responsibilities as you grow within the company
