About The Position

We are a mission-driven community outreach and engagement organization partnering with nonprofits to amplify their local impact through live events, fundraising campaigns, volunteer programs, and public engagement initiatives. We are currently hiring Entry-Level Community Outreach & Event Marketing Assistants to join our expanding team. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in nonprofit outreach, event marketing, public relations, and community engagement, with structured training, mentorship, and clear pathways for advancement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, energetic, and team-oriented mindset
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed
• Motivated individuals eager to grow into leadership roles within nonprofit outreach and event marketing

Nice To Haves

• Some college experience preferred
• Experience in events, customer service, outreach, or marketing is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing community outreach events and fundraising campaigns
• Support live promotional activations, nonprofit events, and volunteer engagement programs
• Help onboard and train new entry-level team members
• Track engagement activity and assist with campaign reporting and performance metrics
• Represent nonprofit partners professionally in community-facing settings
• Collaborate with team members to achieve outreach, engagement, and fundraising goals
