About The Position

At All In Energy, we are dedicated to combating climate change by addressing interconnected challenges of income inequality, social inequity, and racial injustice. Our mission is to accelerate the transition to an inclusive clean energy economy by bringing energy efficiency and renewable energy to underserved communities and creating job opportunities in the clean energy sector. We collaborate with cities, community organizations, and clean energy companies to connect communities of color, non-English speakers, landlords/renters, and small businesses with energy-saving programs and affordable renewable energy solutions. We are looking for a dynamic and passionate bilingual individual (English and Portuguese) to join our team as a Community Outreach Ambassador. This role involves executing outreach campaigns to connect residents with no-cost home energy assessments and community energy programs, helping families access initiatives like weatherization, energy bill savings, heat pumps, and rooftop solar. The Ambassador will represent All In Energy and partner communities at events, conduct door-to-door canvassing, and manage information tables, ultimately helping families save money, improve their homes, and reduce greenhouse gas emissions. This position will also contribute to improving outreach strategies and field operations by gathering community feedback and understanding energy programs deeply.
