About The Position

The therapist will join the OT Share team and collaborate with community organizations to provide individual and group support for clients’ community engagement and behavioral health needs. The therapist may supervise occupational therapy fieldwork students and work with other CCP staff and campus or community partners to develop new programs or evaluate existing ones. The role includes planning, implementing, documenting, and billing for services as appropriate. This is a part-time position with varying weekly hours, up to 19 hours per week. It is an open-pool posting; applications will be reviewed as hiring needs arise, and qualified applicants may be contacted when a suitable opportunity becomes available. The pool expires April 30, 2027.

Requirements

Licensed to practice occupational therapy in Colorado.
At least three years of occupational therapy practice.
Prior work experience in community engagement and/or mental and behavioral health.

Experience supervising occupational therapy fieldwork students.
Experience providing disability supports in higher education, workplace, and/or community living settings.
Experience collaborating with campus partners and community agencies to provide supported education, employment, and/or independent living services.
Experience developing, implementing, and evaluating disability support services.
Experience obtaining grant funding.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement programs and services in partnership with campus and community organizations.
Provide client-centered supports for individuals with mental and behavioral health needs.
Document protocols and outcomes and invoice for services.
Routinely serve as clinical instructor for two OT fieldwork students.
Perform other related duties.
