About The Position

Atlas Free is on a mission to end sex trafficking and exploitation. Our work is urgent, strategic, and built on results. We mobilize communities that bring resources, influence, and action to the fight. Every initiative is designed to drive measurable engagement and revenue while advancing the mission. We are looking for a Community Mobilization Manager who owns both strategy and execution . This person is someone who brings energy into the room and naturally inspires people to take action. This is not just a networking role. The right candidate can think like a donor, anticipate their needs, and design engagement pathways that make supporter activation scalable and repeatable. This person will lead Freedom Hikes, peer-to-peer fundraising, adventure philanthropy campaigns, and community engagement initiatives. They will define goals, track results, and ensure every program generates measurable outcomes. Ownership of execution, accountability for results, and mastery of operational details are non-negotiable. New to our fundraising community? Learn more about Adventure Philanthropy here. Success in this role is measured by impact, revenue, and operational excellence, not activity alone. It looks like: Peer-to-peer, church, and corporate fundraising programs driving measurable revenue growth toward a $1M goal in two years Communities, churches, and corporate partners engaged in campaigns with measurable participation and revenue growth Clear, repeatable systems for mobilizing, tracking, and reporting supporter activity Efficient execution of local and supporter-led events that turn passion into action Strong pipelines of peer-to-peer fundraisers and adventure philanthropy participants Cross-functional alignment that ensures supporters experience Atlas Free as an organized, strategic organization Teams executing campaigns and partnerships with discipline, clarity, and measurable outcomes The right candidate translates opportunities into measurable impact and builds systems that scale engagement without sacrificing quality. They bring both energy and follow-through, inspiring communities into meaningful engagement. Behind the scenes, they develop the systems and processes that allow that momentum to grow, while ensuring each interaction remains personal and impactful. The Context You’re Stepping Into This role requires someone who can see relationships and communities as revenue and impact levers , and then systematize, scale, and execute engagement strategies. You must thrive in a fast-paced, highly relational, results-driven environment where clarity, discipline, and strategic thinking are required. We need a relational, opportunity-driven leader who can close the gap between passion and results , turning connections into long-term impact for the mission. Who Thrives Here You are confident, energetic, and sales-minded, but relational above all. You own outcomes, follow through, and inspire action in others. You are strategic, organized, and disciplined, yet agile in execution. You communicate clearly, build trust quickly, and can motivate communities to act. You are motivated by measurable impact, not recognition, and you understand that every partnership is both a relationship and an opportunity to advance the mission. You value collaboration and are willing to take ownership, whether that means setting direction or rolling up your sleeves to move the work forward.
