Sifted is seeking a Community Manager to live and breathe the Sifted brand, be a champion for our clients, and act as the primary liaison between the culinary team and Sifted community. Our Community Manager is operationally oriented, takes a "white-glove" approach to account management, and is a natural leader who is known to inspire others into action. In this role, you will be responsible for energizing an efficient, personalized lunch service in a high-volume environment. In addition, our Austin market serves several charter schools in the area so this candidate should be able to work and interact with children of all ages. Reporting directly to the City Manager, the role includes leading lunch service Monday-Friday, managing the host team, and serving as the primary contact for all clients. This position requires a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license and auto insurance.
