Requirements

Relevant catering experience with a solid understanding of food safety.
Proven supervisory skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
A proactive approach to ensuring compliance with industry standards and legislative requirements.
The ability to manage budgets, staffing, and operations to meet financial and service targets.
A Food Safety for Supervisors Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
