About The Position

Northland is seeking a dedicated Community Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at The Estates at Heathbrook, a 384-unit community in Ocala, FL. This role involves monitoring and enforcing company policies, supervising onsite staff and vendors, and managing legal and financial responsibilities. The Community Manager will be accountable for profitability, cost control, and maintaining the operating budget, all while upholding the highest level of professionalism and customer service. A key aspect of this role is proactively managing resident concerns to ensure the best living experience.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in multifamily property management.
Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines effectively.
Proficient in strategic advertising, marketing, leasing, and community promotion, with awareness of competitive market trends.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) required.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience overseeing direct reports, including maintenance personnel and contractors.
Prior experience with Yardi or other property management software strongly preferred.

Responsibilities
