Granite Management LLC is seeking a Community Manager (CM) to oversee all aspects of assigned property operations, including but not limited to leasing and marketing strategy and execution, maintenance oversight, day-to-day property operations, and budget monitoring and enforcement. The Community Manager is responsible for the implementation and oversight of all property-specific initiatives and reports directly to the Market President (MP), with frequent interaction and on-site visits.
