About The Position
Brookside Properties is seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead one of Downtown Chattanooga's premier apartment communities. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced urban environment, is passionate about creating an exceptional resident experience, and possesses strong leadership, marketing skills, and a proven track record in multifamily property management.
Requirements
- 3+ years of multifamily Community Manager experience.
- Experience managing a downtown urban apartment community.
- Strong marketing skills, including outreach and campus marketing.
- Proven success improving resident engagement and retention.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and financial management skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working in a mid-rise or high-rise apartment community preferred.
- Lease-up, renovation, or value-add experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operations of a premier apartment community.
- Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing onsite team.
- Drive leasing performance, occupancy, and financial results.
- Create an exceptional resident experience with a strong focus on engagement and retention.
- Oversee budgets, collections, and NOI performance.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies, including outreach and campus marketing initiatives.
- Ensure Fair Housing compliance and operational excellence.
