Requirements

  • High school or equivalent education.
  • 3 years of customer service experience.
  • Valid Driver's License.

Nice To Haves

  • M100 or CMCA Certification
  • 2 years of property management experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Management
  • Real Estate License
  • Professional experience in community management or maintenance
  • Professional experience with vendor management

Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage a portfolio between 2500-3000 homes.
  • Work directly with the BOD of each community, including advising on decisions and best practices, attending BOD meetings, implementing BOD decisions and processes, and providing weekly updates.
  • Manage all vendors within each community and ensure all contractual obligations are met.
  • Design and prepare Request for Proposals.
  • Perform site inspections on a regular basis.
  • Draft and keep all community records.
  • Keep association files organized on server.
  • Update portals.
  • Create and distribute monthly newsletters.
  • Handle all Eblasts for the communities.
  • Effectively run all BOD meetings, including preparing meeting notices, agendas, and presentations, and drafting meeting minutes.
  • Draft and enforce community rules and regulations.
  • Monitor community activities, hear complaints from homeowners, and investigate and resolve issues.
  • Be responsible for the general maintenance and upkeep of common areas in a community, ensuring neighborhood equipment, lighting, and gates are in good working order.
  • Conduct bi-weekly community site inspections to survey the area for violations according to the HOA's rules and regulations.
  • Assign violations to homeowners who have infractions and issue fines against non-compliant homeowners if rules are consistently violated.
  • Handle the financial matters of the HOA, including the collection of association fees from residents.
  • Coordinate with a council or board comprised of community members.
  • Conduct annual elections to select new board members.
