ACC Management Group is seeking an experienced Community Manager to oversee the property. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience managing Section 42 (LIHTC) Tax Credit properties, including eligibility determinations, income certifications, compliance monitoring, and resident relations. This family-oriented tax credit community requires a hands-on professional who can effectively coordinate leasing, occupancy, resident services, vendor relationships, and day-to-day property operations while ensuring compliance with all affordable housing regulations. The Community Manager will serve as the primary on-site leader and participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergency situations only. Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills are essential to support a positive living environment.
