Our Property Managers have full ownership of the physical assets and financial performance of the community, creating a desirable community with a strong emphasis on excellence in customer service and leadership. This role involves maintaining a high-quality on-site team through effective coaching, training, communication, and leadership. The Community Manager will collaborate with the leasing team to ensure active social media presence and develop marketing and sales strategies. They will lead daily/weekly team meetings focused on exceeding performance goals in a competitive market, maintain thorough product knowledge of the community and its competition, and interact with residents with a high level of customer service. The role also includes ensuring all physical aspects of the property are operational and safe, conducting regular inspections of grounds, buildings, and apartments, and implementing company policies and procedures. A key aspect of the role is understanding and utilizing financial reports and budgets, including economic occupancy, vacancy rates, and the impact of delinquent rent payments. The Community Manager must use sound financial knowledge to successfully lease up communities, understand key financial terminology, and use metrics to drive results.
