We are seeking an energetic, experienced, and driven Community Manager to lead the daily operations at our beautiful apartment community, Beacon Ridge. This is an amazing opportunity to join a successful property management team in the Southeast! Position Summary The Community Manager is responsible for the overall success of the community through exceptional leadership, financial performance, resident satisfaction, leasing success, and operational excellence. This individual will oversee all aspects of property operations while ensuring company standards are consistently exceeded. The ideal candidate is a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and has a passion for creating an outstanding living experience for residents.

Requirements

Minimum of three years of apartment community management experience.
Demonstrated leadership and team-building abilities.
Proven success in leasing, occupancy growth, and financial performance.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with property management software (Yardi experience preferred).
Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and multifamily operations.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
