About The Position

EMBREY is seeking a Community Manager for Oxbow Residences to execute the vision of Development, Equity Partners, and Investors while managing a team and budget and building a sense of community. The role manages the property and supervises staff in accordance with company policies, with a focus on occupancy, net revenue, cost-effective operations, resident retention, and marketing. The position is based in Englewood, Colorado, and reports directly to the Regional Manager.

Requirements

Proven experience in property management.
Experience utilizing Yardi, Adobe, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Two years of management or supervisory experience.
Valid driver’s license required.
Must complete a criminal background check, non-DOT testing, and motor vehicle record check.

Responsibilities

Maintain rapport with vendors, residents, employees, equity partners, and construction personnel.
Manage the property and supervise staff in accordance with company policies.
Professionally resolve tenant complaints and property concerns.
Optimize occupancy and net revenues and operate the property cost-effectively.
Hire, train, and develop personnel.
Establish and execute a resident retention plan, including renewals and management of lease expirations within an established ideal matrix.
Establish and execute a marketing and occupancy plan.
Identify opportunities for efficiency, cost savings, and improved technology that benefit the company and employees, and help find solutions.
