This position offers $44.00 to $47.00 per hour, depending on experience with the ability to earn thousands in bonus potential, plus benefits. We are also responsible for the daily operations and financial performance of the community, optimizing net operating income, and carrying out the objectives of ownership. That’s where you come in - to help us accomplish just that! You are the face of the community, the boots on the ground.

Requirements

Minimum of 2+ years supervisory background leading a Leasing, Maintenance, and Grounds team.
Experience in financial statements, budget preparation, and monthly reporting.
Knowledge of maintenance operations, landlord tenant law, and fair employment and housing laws.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Valid California Driver’s License and car insurance.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Nice To Haves

Current or previous multifamily property management experience.
Yardi Voyager experience.
A college degree.
