About The Position

We are seeking an energetic, experienced, and driven Community Manager to lead the daily operations at our beautiful apartment community, 2700 Capitol Park. This is an amazing opportunity to join a successful property management team in the Southeast!
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of apartment community management experience.
- Demonstrated leadership and team-building abilities.
- Proven success in leasing, occupancy growth, and financial performance.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with property management software (Yardi experience preferred).
- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and multifamily operations.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Yardi experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of property operations while ensuring company standards are consistently exceeded.
- Lead the daily operations at the apartment community.
- Ensure exceptional leadership, financial performance, resident satisfaction, leasing success, and operational excellence.
