About The Position

The manager leads administrative and service personnel, oversees hiring and performance management, and plans and executes property enhancements. The position offers an anticipated base salary of $75,000–$79,000 per year, plus eligibility for bonuses based on operational metrics.

Requirements

At least 3 years of people management experience.
At least 2 years as a property manager in a luxury multifamily setting.
Demonstrated ability to coach and develop others.
Financial acumen and high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication skills and professional presence.
Basic understanding of written and verbal English.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor of Arts degree or equivalent professional experience.
Experience using Resman, Yardi, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

Meet or exceed revenue targets by setting rent rates, managing operating expenses, and monitoring aged delinquency.
Prepare and review monthly financial reports, develop forecasts, and create proactive plans for asset financial performance.
Coach, mentor, and inspire administrative and service personnel, coordinating team activities and individual goals through tactical planning.
Oversee hiring and ongoing employee performance management using appropriate HR processes and courageous conversations.
Conduct regular property inspections and propose, plan, and execute property enhancements.
