The Community Manager is responsible for overseeing the ongoing operations, performance, and resident experience of an established multifamily or Active Adult community. This role provides leadership and direction to on-site team members while ensuring operational efficiency, financial performance, and a high standard of customer service. With a strong focus on resident satisfaction, team development, and community culture, the Community Manager maintains full compliance with Greystar policies and applicable federal, state, and local laws—including Fair Housing, ADA, and FCRA. This position plays a pivotal role in sustaining long-term community success through proactive management, strategic planning, and consistent delivery of an exceptional living environment tailored to the needs of current and future residents.
