We are seeking an energetic, experienced, and driven Community Manager to lead the daily operations at our beautiful apartment community, Beacon Ridge. This is an amazing opportunity to join a successful property management team in the Southeast!
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of apartment community management experience.
- Demonstrated leadership and team-building abilities.
- Proven success in leasing, occupancy growth, and financial performance.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with property management software (Yardi experience preferred).
- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and multifamily operations.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Oversee all aspects of property operations while ensuring company standards are consistently exceeded.
