Reporting to the Director of Property Management, this role manages daily building operations, including leasing, resident relations, compliance, vendor coordination, and property oversight. The ideal candidate will work independently, maintaining operational excellence, strong financials, and high-quality resident service. Candidates must live on-site or within a 10 km radius to ensure prompt responses and participate in an on-call rotation schedule.
