About The Position

Gamemode One is a self-funded, values-driven studio with roots in Minecraft and growing ambitions beyond. We care deeply about our people-first culture that enables our best work. This role is on our small, talent-dense indie team. We’re developing an ambitious physics-based game in Unity; A chaotic sandbox adventure with strong moment-to-moment feel. You’ll create and manage social content that drives awareness, engagement, and Steam wishlists, while building relationships with players, streamers, and influencers ahead of launch. You’ll bring your knowledge of strategic marketing, social media, and content creation. You’ll also learn more about indie game launch marketing, Steam-focused community growth, and the game’s audience. You will work closely with production, design, and QA to turn product context into consistent player communication. You won’t just be working on a great game, but actively shaping game reception and building a healthy player community.
