Compensation: $65,000 annually + Quarterly bonus potential + Commissions (Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications.) Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm The Community Manager oversees all facets of property(s) operations to achieve financial goals and ownership objectives while adhering to all Roundhouse policies, all applicable laws and ordinances including Fair Housing, and Equal Employment laws.
