The Community Manager will launch and steward CTI's first global alumni community to life on a new platform. This community will be in support of 150,000+ Co-Active alumni across the world, individuals who have completed our programs and are seeking a place to continue their journey, stay connected, and deepen their practice beyond the classroom. This community will play an important role in helping us listen more closely to our alumni, using their experiences and insights to shape what we build next. This is a build-from-zero opportunity for someone energized by connection, learning, and experimentation. As the organization expands its global footprint and deepens its commitment to lifelong learning, community is not just a nice-to-have, it’s a strategic engine; A core purpose of this community is to capture member voice and translate it into meaningful feedback that informs product and program evolution. It is how alumni stay connected to CTI. It is how the Co-Active model continues to grow its influence in the world. And it is how CTI demonstrates, in real time, that it practices what it teaches. The person who steps into this role will be part builder, part steward, part presence. They will help shape one of the most important community experiments in the coaching and leadership development world, and they will do it from the inside out. This role reports to the Associate Director, Project Management. We are hiring globally, with a preference for candidates based in or able to work mostly within Eastern Time Zone hours.
