About The Position

CRM Residential is seeking an experienced and motivated Community Manager in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This part-time, hourly role is responsible for the property’s overall financial, operational, leasing, maintenance, and team performance. The Community Manager leads the on-site team, supports a positive resident experience, maintains strong property performance, and ensures the community is operated efficiently and professionally.

Requirements

2–5 years of property management or related management experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Experience with budgets, financial reports, vendors, and maintenance operations.
Valid driver’s license, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

RealPage OneSite experience preferred.
College degree preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Lead, train, and motivate the property team.
Drive occupancy through leasing, marketing, and resident retention.
Oversee rent collections, budgets, expenses, and financial reporting.
Maintain strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service.
Monitor maintenance operations, unit turns, curb appeal, and vendor performance.
Conduct property inspections and address operational or safety concerns.
Ensure compliance with Fair Housing requirements and applicable housing programs.
Partner with the Regional Manager to achieve property goals.
Maintain accurate records using RealPage OneSite.
