The Community Manager is responsible for the overall management and compliance of affordable housing communities, with a primary focus on Section 8 and Rural Development (RD) properties. This position oversees daily property operations, ensures compliance with federal and state housing regulations, delivers exceptional resident services, and maintains high occupancy while protecting the financial performance of each community. The role requires regular travel between Baldwin, Roberts, Glenwood City, Star Prairie, and Woodville, with the home office based in Baldwin. The Community Manager works collaboratively with residents, vendors, and the ACC Management Group team to provide safe, well-maintained, and compliant housing while upholding the organization's mission and standards of excellence.
