Requirements
- 3+ years of multifamily experience
- Previous Community/Property Manager experience required
- Strong leadership and financial management skills
Nice To Haves
- Renovation or lease-up experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of a multifamily apartment community
- Lead and develop leasing and maintenance teams
- Drive occupancy, leasing performance, and resident satisfaction
- Manage budgets, collections, and NOI
- Ensure Fair Housing compliance and operational excellence
- Partner with leadership to hit financial and performance goals
