About The Position
Established property management company is seeking an experienced Community Manager for a well-maintained active adult community located in Gloucester County, New Jersey. The successful candidate must have prior community association management experience and demonstrate the ability to work effectively with Boards of Trustees, homeowners, contractors, and vendors.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3–5 years of community association management experience required
- Strong knowledge of condominium/homeowners association operations and governing documents
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to attend evening Board meetings as needed
Nice To Haves
- CMCA designation preferred
- HOA management software experience is a plus

- Overseeing the daily operations of the community
